I will be taking part in a conference call interview on Tuesday February 3 with none other than Sweets! That is to say that John Francis Daley will be answering questions about the current season of Bones. It has worked so well in the past to have you tell me what you want me to ask that I decided to do it again.
So what do you want me to ask John? Do you want to know how it feels to join a cast after three seasons, or do you want to know things about working with the other actors? Or do you want to know about the other projects John is working on outside of Bones?
Whatever you want to know, please let me know and I’ll do my best to ask. And just like in the past, when I’m only one of the people asking the questions, I usually only get a chance to ask 1 or 2 questions, so I’ll try to choose the ones you want to know about the most. Thanks for your input!
I’m looking forward to hearing what you want to ask!

Previous Post

Is Tyne Daley John’s mom or grandmother?
Is John Daley related to Tyne Daly? He looks just like her when she was young.
He reminded me of Tyne Daley before I knew his last name. Any relation?
idk. I’d steer away from asking about Freaks and Geeks. I’d loved the show too, but that was 10yrs ago. He must get asked about it all the time.
ask john this:
“was acting on freaks and geeks different than acting on bones?”
-kay-
Did he think Sweets was Gormogon?
I second the opinion that I would like to know Sweet’s stand on Booth and Brennan and if he is a shipper, ie. trying to get the two of them to see what they have with each other and act on it.
Also, I would like to know if Sweets will work to get Zack out of the looney bin now that Zack has confessed he did not kill the congressman.
Please convey that many of us in the psychology biz love his portrayal as Sweets.
Thanks!
Also, we just learned he was adopted in “Double Trouble in the Panhandle”. That in addition to being a genius (early twenties & 2 doctorates, right?) sounds like Dr. Sweets has an interesting history. I’d love to know if we’ll be getting any more of his backstory this season.
Would love to hear more about his band!
Also, I love the scenes with him and Angela. They are hysterical. Will there be more in the future and are they fun to play?
Thanks for the interview!
Definitely ask what he is working on outside of Bones. I’d love to hear when the film ’77 will be coming out.
More personal questions would be
- favorite place to travel
- favorite sports/hobbies
- and can we look forward to an EP or album from Dayplayer in 2009?
ps – I saw him in Kauai while on vacation a few wks ago. I didn’t want to interrupt what looked like dinner w/ his family. Prolly a good thing since I was so starstruck I nearly fell on my face when he looked at me. lol.
I´d like to know if we are going to know more on Sweet in this season as his past for example…
Hart Hanson has mentioned he’s seriously trying to bring Stephen Fry back. His character would be a kind of mentor to Sweets.
How does John see this situation?
Another one: his Dad is a Broadway veteran (according to imdb)….how has that influenced him in his own career?
I’m just curious how Bones compares to some of the other work he’s done
Are we going to see more of Sweets and Daisy? I think they’re adorable :)
Any news on his screenplays? Thanks
Is he upset that he wasn’t included in the Neil Patrick Harris skit on SNL about people with two first names?
Out of Bones, I’d really like to know something about his band, Dayplayer. Are they working on new songs or anything?
Regarding Bones…let me think…it can be spoiler but, what does he think of Sweets working next to Gordon Gordon? Will they get along?
Is it Sweet’s secret plan to make Brennan and Booth face the reality that they need to get together already? I mean, we know he’s always talking about how much they care for each other and the different symbols of things they do that show the desire between them…Sometimes he’s the fan’s voice, like once Angela was in previous seasons (and unfortunately…not so much anymore).
(:
Good luck with the interview!
