Kevin Nealon — our favorite debauched city councilman on Weeds — will do double time on TV, as he’s joined the cast of Fox sitcom They Came from Upstairs. The show stars tween fave Ashley Tisdale and follows the adventures of a bunch of teenagers who protect their vacation home from an alien invasion. Nealon will play Tisdale’s dad, Stuart Pearson.
