Clive Barker’s The Midnight Meat Train is now available for free online at the FEARnet website. It’s part of an exclusive event I reported back in September.
Directed by Japanese director Ryuhei Kitamura, the story follows a New York photographer who decides to track down a serial killer, aptly named the “Subway Butcher”. The film is based on the story of the same name, found in Barker’s Volume One of his Books of Blood.
The film features a cast led by Brooke Shields, Vinnie Jones, Bradley Cooper and Roger Bart. You can currently only see this film at Fearnet or on Video On Demand.
