Wade Williams (Brad Bellick) is playing the role of Ian in The Last Harbor (also known as Hatteras Hotel).
It appears that Wade filmed scenes for the movie in 2008.
In this video Wade is dressed in a police uniform. The video then goes into a clip of Wade Williams taking a walk between scenes.
The film is about a Boston police officer (Williams) who grows tired of city living and decides to finish out his career in the fictional community of Salem Harbor, portrayed in the film by Rockport. The man becomes sheriff of Salem Harbor and is faced almost immediately with the mysterious death of an upper-class teenager who is found dead after a night of partying at the Hatteras Hotel.
