Two ‘Chuck’ Season Two Video Trailers

The second season of NBC’s spy dramedy Chuck premieres on Monday, September 29, at 8pm EST. If you’re not already excited, take a look at two recent promotional trailers to whet your appetite; both do a great job emphasizing the fun aspect of the series.

The first spot, “Chuck Returns,” hints at new missions, new danger, new action, new enemies, and new underwear. Underwear? Yes, underwear, specifically that worn by spygirl Sarah Walker, which should make many XY types very happy. The video also provides a brief glimpse of upcoming guest stars John Larroquette, Melinda Clarke, and Michael Clarke Duncan.

Next is the promo “Not Shaken.” The title is the first part of the catchy catchphrase “Not shaken, just nerd,” and although the clip is only about twenty seconds long, it always leaves me wondering what the heck dear old Chuck Bartowski is doing coming out of the ceiling like that. It’s a thing that makes me go “Hmmm…” every single time I see the spot.
