She won't be on-screen as much since she's no longer a series regular. And even if she were, all they'd have to do is keep her behind objects like tables and use clever camera angles. That's the standard procedure. Or they could just let her walk around obviously pregnant and pretend it's not noticeable or that she's gained weight.
