My list:

1) The boys break into the Company headquarters and get Scylla.
2) Mahone and the storyline involving Wyatt and his family. This way it covers everything I liked, haha.
3) Sara is ALIVE and MiSa reunion.
4) Self turns on our crew. He seemed like a rat since the beginning! To me anyway… haha.
5) Brad Bellick’s death. So much had changed since Fox River…
6) The Company taking Michael so they could brainwash him and get him to work for the Company.

what about the moment Michael (finally) extends his hand to his ex archenemy Alex, and wishes him good luck…what about Link and Alex recognizing each other (as fathers)…what about the moment when Alex sees his boy Cameron in the framed picture of other man’s son…what about the moment when Michael leaves a paper crane for Alex to find and save him from T-Bag…

the best moment is when they are in the room with scylla and the general comes… that michael has already imagine the scene and gets the last card…

I think the top moments are: Wyatt kills Mahone’s son – it’s so sad scene :(, Mahone torturing Wyatt ;p, Brad Bellick dies, Self turns on the Gang, all breaking in for Scylla and Gretchen has a daughter.
