This years Halloween begs the question: If I’m a guy, what’s the best Halloween costume for me? Thankfully kids aren’t the only ones who can have fun on the one scary day of the year we have (unless you count Election Day, which is a whole different site…). So here are 5 cool costumes for men, as reported by Ask Men:
Maximus from Gladiator – This is probably one of my favorites, especially if you have the muscular look that Russell Crowe had in the 2000 movie.
Kill Bill Assassin – If you are a fan of Quentin Tarantino’s movies, you know that the Kill Bill male assassins, referred to as the Crazy 88, basically wore crisp black suits, kato masks, and slicked hair.
Pirate of the Caribbean – To dress up as just about any character that Johnny Depp has portrayed is probably a good idea, but of course the most recognizable is the Pirate. Being a pirate is pretty easy these days due to the classic nature of this costume.
Neo from The Matrix – The character Neo is forever a part our culture, and thoroughly recognizable. Will this costume ever go out of style? The first Matrix film in the series placed No. 66 in the top 100 thrilling movies in American cinema.
Pimp Daddy – This is probably one of the worst picks in my opinion, but the options for the costume range from tracksuits to brightly colored suits with huge collars.
The best thing about the holiday is that you can be whatever you want, scary, heroic, or otherwise. Be forewarned though…Waiting until the last minute might land you with one of the Lame Last Minute Halloween Costumes.
