After Meg recovers, Peter is very protective of her, so he drives “McCutie” away. But when Meg reveals to the family that she is pregnant, Peter forces them to get married in the “Peter’s Daughter” episode of FAMILY GUY airing Sunday, March 30 (9:00-9:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
