Now that you've brought to my attention that a member of Platinum Dunes is part of this movie makes the urge to kill rise even higher. Hopefully I'm wrong about the movie and it will end up being a good film (it will never get close to Carpenter's Thing in my eyes), but I really don't have high hopes for it... on a lighter note, I bet Miss Andre Dumas will love to see a movie about the Norwegian scientists... haha. :P As John Carpenter’s The Thing is my favorite horror film, the news of a prequel being made really made me want to punch a baby.
