If you haven’t yet experienced Muse live then you are missing out on a truly wondrous experience. It’s amazing to see three guys on stage making that much noise and the crowd making almost as much noise back in appreciation of their efforts.

You may be lucky enough to have secured tickets for Muse’s arena tour in November, in which case you will likely (unless you are one of those people who arrives late) see one of the support acts, The Big Pink. You may not yet have heard of them but they have big ambitions for the tour.
The Big Pink told NME:
“I remember seeing Muse when I was way, way younger and I’m pretty sure Coldplay were supporting and look what happened to them. We have never played somewhere so big in our lives, we are pretty freaked out by it. It’s a long way from playing what we’re used to, but we are psyched and are going to try to out-Muse Muse.”
They want to out-Muse Muse? I really don’t think that’s possible because Muse are a one-off, a unique band with a unique sound. They are also one of the biggest and best live bands in the world, and The Big Pink, well, aren’t. But good luck to them in trying to pull this off.
