"Terminator Salvation" Teaser Trailer

Warner Bros. has released the first teaser trailer for Terminator Salvation, due in theaters May 22, 2009. I think it’ll be a great way to kick off the summer blockbuster season next year.

Directed by McG, the story follows the future John Connor (Christian Bale – is his career white-hot or what?), whose beliefs are altered by the appearance of Marcus Wright (Sam Worthington), a stranger whose last memory is of being on death row.

Connor must decide whether Marcus has been sent from the future or rescued from the past. As Skynet prepares its final onslaught, Connor and Marcus embark on a journey that takes them into the heart of Skynet’s operations, where they uncover the terrible secret behind the possible annihilation of mankind. Also stars Anton Yelchin as Kyle Reese, Moon Bloodgood as Blair Williams, Common as Barnes, Bryce Dallas Howard as Kate Connor, and Helena Bonham Carter. Josh Brolin is rumored to be the Terminator.
