Stinky Fingas' A Day in the Life on DVD July 7, 2009 – Pics from the Premiere

Lionsgate Home Entertainment released a new DVD this week called "A Day in the Life," directed by and starring Kirk "Sticky Fingas" Jones, from the band Onyx.

The story — told in hip-hop musical format — centers on one day in the life of two rival crime families. Stick’s (Sticky Fingas) clan is the underdog of the two families, pushed into the war by Black (Faizon Love), head of the more powerful crime family. 

After Black’s family draws first blood by raiding one of Stick’s drug houses and killing two of his men, Stick has to decide whether to turn away from his life of crime or seek revenge. A pregnant girlfriend, a contract on Stick’s life, two detectives hot on his trail, and a vicious gunfight all come into play.

"A Day in the Life" also stars Mekhi Phifer ("ER"), Omar Epps ("House"), and Michael Rapaport ("Prison Break"). It was released on DVD July 7, 2009. Buy it on Amazon.
