If you’ve been dying to ask filmmaker Kevin Smith, well, anything really, now’s your chance. He’ll be spending Labor Day on his twitter account answering all your questions.
Kevin’s 24-hour Tweet-A-Thon – the clock begins with his first tweet on Monday — is in honor of his new book "Shootin’ the Shit with Kevin Smith." The book comes out on September 22 and is a compilation of Kevin and Scott Mosier’s conversations from their weekly "SModcast.”
"I’ve been training for this my whole life, simply by being a lazy fat-ass who’d rather stare at a screen than better himself with a brisk constitutional,” says Smith. “Someone asked what my training regimen is gonna be, and I told them I’ve already stockpiled lots of Count Chocula.”
On the movie front, Smith’s “A Couple of Dicks” is on track for a February 2010 release date. It’s a comedy starring Bruce Willis and Seann William Scott about a couple of cops who attempt to locate a stolen baseball card, rescue a woman, and deal with gangsters.
