Yeah, it is upsetting that we are going to have this movie shoved down our throats. I understand that all blockbuster type movies have to have a massive viral marketing campaign, that's what makes it a blockbuster after all, but it never ceases to sicken me. I have a passing interest in seeing this movie, but I get the feeling that by the time it actually comes out and I've spent three months hearing how I should speed on down to McD's for my collector cup I will care more about the color of my dog's poo than I will about this movie.
That's a shame, too, because this has the potential to just be a good old fun time at the movie. Brain-candy all the way, but we all need that sometimes.
