Lifetime’s new sitcom Sherri premieres on October 5 at 7pm ET with the pilot episode.
The multi-camera comedy stars Sherri Shepherd (The View, 30 Rock) as the title character, a newly single mom, paralegal, and part-time actress and comedienne eager to start dating again.
During the pilot, we meet her assorted colleagues at work who serve as a source of support and friendship. Shepherd’s co-stars include Tammy Townsend, Elizabeth Regen, Kali Rocha, Kate Reinders, James Avery, Malcolm-Jamal Warner, Michael Boatman, and Tachina Arnold. NOTE: Starting Tuesday, October 13, Sherri will move to its regular Lifetime time slot of 10pm ET on Tuesdays. However, from Monday, October 5, until Friday, October 9, new episodes will air daily at 7pm ET.
