Secrets of Naturally Thin People

9780593050545.jpgOK, so apparently, Paul McKenna  is more of a genius than I ever expected him to be. I’ve been doing some research on his books as well as his theories and he seems to have some what of a cult following out there. There a hundreds of blogswith people who are currently reading his book  and going through his weight loss regimen.

The first episode of I Can Make You Thin  is called Secrets of Naturally Thin People. I really don’t think that this is anything new, as there have been other docs out their with their own secrets of thin people.

So in this episode he reveals his four golden rules to staying thin and keeping the weight off. He gives techniques that viewers can use at home to control their mind and their relationship with food.

Check out the clip from the secrets of thin people episode where viewers speak about their battles and the changes that they will make in their lives.

Upcoming episodes include:

  • Overcoming Emotional Eating
  • Busting Your Cravings
  • Supercharge Your Metabolism
  • Your Perfect Body

“I Can Make You Thin” with Paul McKenna airs Sundays at 9 PM on TLC.
