Season 6 filming report at MAJOR SPOILER location

MAJOR SPOILERS ahead, including a very spoilerish photo from a secret location set in Hawaii… Don’t click through if you don’t want to know!

Yep, that’s right: Lost has been filming at Honolulu International Airport, which is standing in for LAX. According to Ryan Ozawa’s Hawaii Blog:

Several dozen extras were brought into the baggage claim area, and the large carousels were set in motion, delivering luggage to weary looking travelers. At least one Oceanic Airlines logo was spotted, nearly lost among other signs that would likely welcome specific passengers. And outside, vehicles were prepped with California plates…

…Expected on the set were Matthew Fox, Evangeline Lilly, Josh Holloway, and Naveen Andrews. But the first hardworking actor sighted was none other than Daniel Roebuck, who played the hapless (and previously detonated) Dr. Leslie Arzt.

So there you have it. We now know that filming is taking place in settings that seem to indicate that both the original timeline on the island is still intact, and also that the new timeline created by Jughead’s detonation has been created. All of this lends further credence to my Big Season 6 Theory that both timelines are going to be depicted concurrently, with the “flashes” (not flashbacks, or flash forwards, but something else) will instead transition between the two timelines.
