Scott Weiland’s sobriety, for once is not the issue of the news. This time the former Velvet Revolver and Stone Temple Pilots front-man has teamed with designer Christopher Wicks to start a men’s clothing line.
Christopher Wicks, who owns and designs for his company, English Laundry said, “I have the utmost respect for Scott Weiland, both as an artist and as a designer, he is truly one of the last great rock stars, and his impact on style and music is undeniable. I am proud to be joining forces with him for this collaboration.”
Look for the Weiland For English Laundry line in department stores in February, with prices ranging from $40 to $120. I’m not a Weiland fan, but I hope he’s got his addictions under control.

C’mon Scott. Weiland is a cool vocalist. Stone Temple Pilots is a talented band.

Never said they weren’t talented. Just not a fan. I grew tired of Weiland in the 90’s.

I am a girl, but I think I can pull some of the clothes off.
I am excited.

Drugs, personal life and rehab aside, Scott has pulled it together and is focused and creative. Whether you are a fan or not, his talent is undeniable. His new music is great stuff and clothing line is classic with an edge and I like it. I wish him well on this new chapter in his career!
