Correction:
SpoilerFix recently stated that the “Sara” being cast is only being cast as a temporary lookalike to Sarah Wayne Callies for the purposes of the episodes leading up through Ep.03×03. As seen in the comments below, Nick Santora says:
I had been asked by some fans if, through Season 3, Dr. Tancredi was going to be played by a different actress and I said “No” – and I’ll say it again – I can assure the fans that they won’t be subject to seeing Dr. Tancredi, running through the streets of Panama or the US or wherever played by a totally different actress. That is ridiculous and will NOT happen.
So I can assume that Sarah Wayne Callies is NOT leaving the show.
Return the doctor. I hope for everyones sake here that this is all just a big joke, to add a shock element when she reappears later in the show. I’ll be extremely disappointed if the Michael/Sarah love story has been thrown into the gutter. Sheer stupidity. Consider a lot of fans in New Zealand OUT! Get Sarah back!

yeah, i agree with KONVICT. Who the hell cares if you stop watch Prison break? You’re the only one who looses on it when it comes up to it. Everyone who keeps on watching still gets to see all great stuff that’s in the show. Even if I also dont like that they killed sara (sources also tells me they only pretended she was dead, that it was someone elses head and she’ll return later up in the season) i’m not going around crying about it and try to make it undone all days long. You dont have the power in this, just trust that the ones working with the show makes the right choises and that the show still’ll be as great as it have been this far. ‘cos No one cares if you watch or not. It’s just so silly to write “omg, everything is ruined, sara died, she’s all that matters, i wont watch anymore if she doesn’t come back” It’s silly and wont lead to anything good. It might just lead to that the Pb working people gets tired of it and quits the show, orfourse it you’re not gonna watch it anymore, why’d you care? Prisonbreak is the best show ever, dont destroy it by complaining all the time about something you cannot change!

if there is a possiblity she could be back whats the whole deal with this “new love interest Molly”?and a possibility of a womens prison break next season? Sarah’s chances of coming back are looking pretty slim………. she was a good character and tons of people loved her, but the show is still dope without her…….a 2 hour event which is supposed to be two of the best prison breaks ever are in two days! shit im not losin any sleep over Sarah…. dont think any loyal fans like me should either………Stick around people Prison break is still the best show ever!!!!!! another escape is in the worrrrrrrksss!!!!!!!

thats it loyalty is the key so how about the rest of you all getting behind the show i totaly trust the writers and the team behind PB they have brought us so much over the last 2 and a half years sure no one likes there fav 2 die but u guys will definetly miss out if you decide to bouycott the best show the world has ever seen mj ’s spot on monday night is going to be amazing “the best 2 episodes yet”

Im from the UK and will not be watching the show anymore because of the killing off sara. That was a really good story line and for all the people that dont care – what the hell are you doing writing on here – go back and watch your dumb ass shows obviously you dont give a f+++ about the ratings well good for you – cause we dont give a f+++ about you either – go and write on a blog that wants to here what your saying!. I love wentworth miller but can not watch the show anymore so i hope they bring sara back somehow or i know they will lose a lot of fans.

I’ve been watching the serial untuil s-3 c. I can’t believe why the story ends like that?. It is crazy to missed sara on it.

Sara Does not die, My Brother works for PB, i have seeen up to Episode 12 and sara comes back, Micheal and Whsitler Escape and Then They Find Sara Back in the U.S.A.
