Correction:
SpoilerFix recently stated that the “Sara” being cast is only being cast as a temporary lookalike to Sarah Wayne Callies for the purposes of the episodes leading up through Ep.03×03. As seen in the comments below, Nick Santora says:
I had been asked by some fans if, through Season 3, Dr. Tancredi was going to be played by a different actress and I said “No” – and I’ll say it again – I can assure the fans that they won’t be subject to seeing Dr. Tancredi, running through the streets of Panama or the US or wherever played by a totally different actress. That is ridiculous and will NOT happen.
So I can assume that Sarah Wayne Callies is NOT leaving the show.
the FILIPINO really love to see them together..GOD bless u ms.SARAH.i just hope i can see u in prison break or maybe in a movie.

Yeah i do really agree with all wat u said, but the real Q here was why the writer/producer+Director kill Sara in S2?
@lotus & all the others supporting writers and production crew:
writers are working hard to make the show impressive, but killing sara was a really bad idea.
there ratings dropped a lot. many fans baked-out.
i know the show is awesome & season 3 is great but sara was needed there.
yeah off-course its ‘prison break’ so plot should be related to it but bro theres no problem if they show lil bit of romance. after all this show is so stressful that we need something to ease it & it was done by mike-sara chemestry.
if they had never put the plot of mike-sara, the show would have never made even season 3. they would have ended it by season 2. coz without humor and romance it would have been soo boring like watching shawshank redemption again and again(just giving example nothing to do with the plot ;) ).
how long we would have admire the plan or the conspiracy. it was sara-mike relationship which equally helped the show to keep ticking :)
( but i still feel mikes a As****e son of a b**** sara gave everything for him and what he did he left to panama :x. his bro was free, he was free. he could have found some way to rescue sara but what he does, just runaway to panama and he says ‘i love you’ :x)
Alot of people stop waching it (including me)’ it was sucks when they said she is not coming back again, before it was amazin becouse all the Epesod that She (Sara) plays was cool, we dont care if she have personal problem with the Director/Producer/Editor watever, all we need is to bring her back even in the last Epesod in any last Season’ you know how you are going to do that becouse you are the one that make the Series, so please do what ever it going to take to braing Sara back in Prison Breack (S4, S5, S6,).
If they can make Sara come back, the brilliant writers can make Veronica- the lawyer come back too. Put the head in the box, or put a bullet in the head, it doesn’t matter. There are so many ways to twists and turns the stories & characters.
V the lawyer’s role in season one was a dissapointing one, i love the actress playing V though. Simple equation goes like this. Michael+Sara = Lincoln+Veronica. Getz?

Sinceramente pá ! Estás um mês atrasado ! Assim toda a gente vai pensar que Portugal é um país no fim do mundo onde não chegam as notícias !
Desde 28 de Março que está escarrapachado em tudo que é site da Net que os produtores vão ressuscitar a Sara … ou melhor … assumem que a Sara não morreu, não era dela a cabeça na caixa.
E não só a Sara está viva como vai ser um dos personagens principais da 4ª temporada ! Mais … a 4ª temporada começa com “um avanço no tempo” e quando a acção se inicia a Sara e o Michael já estão juntos. Depois a história de como eles se encontraram vai ser mostrada em flasbacks.

Many comments here on this site are insulting PB writers/creators. First of all I think you guys have to respect these people if you love/loved the show as much as you say you do/did. The writers know what they are doing and I think they have the sense to not do something (kill Sara) that would eventually kill the show…if she is really dead well then that’s their choice, they are the ones who created this all and I think the show is as perfect as it has always been. Michael’s reaction to her death was ‘fabulous’, a great interpretation by Wentworth and if you don’t want to continue watching the serie I think you guys will really miss a lot. I am loving it and really thinking that the writers will probably bring Sara back. If you noticed they only showed her head for like 2/3 seconds, and Link didn’t even have the courage/guts to look at it any longer, he almost just assumed it was her head cause it was female (long hair) so it couldn’t be LJ’s. And of course I also want Michael and Sara back again, it was/is a wonderful love story but we have to understand that this serie is called Prison Break therefore the main idea since the beginning was for both brothers to be out of any prisonal institution, he wouldn’t even have met Sara if he didn’t try to save his brother. So maybe the writers are trying to focus more on the brother bond and then bring Sara back in the 4th season. After all Michael said he was going after the people who did that to Sara. Maybe he will find out that she is alive. Basically what I’m trying to say is that Gretchen knew that Scofield had strong feelings for Sara so his main aim was to get out of Sona just to have her back in his arms (not forgetting LJ) but sometimes love makes us do things impulsively, he wanted to get out of there by all means necessary and that probably wouldn’t make him think well and plan everything perfectly, that’s why the first plan to get out didn’t work. It’s Michael Scofield, how the heck didn’t he think that a cloud could block the sun from ‘blinding’ the guard?? The second plan was more thinked, he didn’t feel Sara in danger anymore cause he thinks she is dead, now all he wants is revenge. So he planned everything better. And I think that Gretchen knew Michael would do things this way. She is very smart. So basicallt the idea is that Link would have his son after the exchange and Michael would try to mess up the company wanting revenge and eventually find out that sara is alive :) But of course this is just my opinion. Don’t know…probably she just is really dead but I’m not going to come her begging for the writers to put her back on the show and definetly not insulting them..they know what they are doing, better then us. But I repeat, it’s just my opinion. All the best from Portugal.
happy days this has made so sooooo happy i cannot wait until september now for season 4 it will be great to see sara and mivhael back together again SWC and writers you no this is the right thing to do pity it took you so long to do it but we forgive you happy to have SWC back season 4 will be the best yet.

prison break is really a very good serial,but what makes it to be seen by millions of people is the love story between scofield and sarah and even
the other actors do a great job,everyone has a
special characteristic.
humor,intelligence,love,wisdom…
but what i can say is that sarah should come back in the coming episodes otherwise this serial
will become withot taste.
please producer or writer do this.
scorefield has lot of my personal qualities.sarah should be back, his character is revolved around her. prison break should not be another love story where redemption is highlighted. story will have a twist. let’s just hope it will turn out something good and comrehending.
