Roger Moore to Write Autobiography

image You know how some people say they’ll write their life story after certain people are gone? Well, that’s the case with Roger Moore, who’s finally agreed to write his autobiography.

The 80-year-old former Bond, James Bond, says he’s put off writing the book, fearing he’d upset upset his acquaintances on and off screen with his revelations. But now that most of them have passed away, he’s changed his mind.

Moore told the Dutch Television program RTL Boulevard, “My wife has persuaded me that I should write my book before I forget everything. I never really wanted to write a book about my life, because I was thinking there were too many people alive, but now, a few are disappearing, so I can write about it.”

The book will include stories from his childhood through his experiences playing 007 in seven of the spy thrillers.

Which Bond do you like? I’ve always thought Sean Connery was the true Bond, but Roger Moore is definitely right up there. Except I asked him for his autograph once and he declined. Harumph.
