Robot Chicken Gives Away Star Wars Script

robot-chicken-star-wars.jpgTimed with the new release of “Robot Chicken: Star Wars Special” on DVD, co-creators Seth Green and Matt Senreich are giving away an autographed script and other great prizes.

Beginning at 12:00 a.m. EST on July 23rd and running through August 8th, the random drawing will give fans a chance to win one grand prize and five runner-up prize packs.  The one grand prize winner will win the autographed script, along with all three Robot Chicken DVDs – the series’ first two complete seasons and the Robot Chicken: STAR WARS titles – and an Adult Swim t-shirt.  Additionally, five runners up will be selected to receive a Robot Chicken: STAR WARS prize pack with a t-shirt and the franchise’s three DVDs.

Robot Chicken: STAR WARS special intertwines the staples of George Lucas’s universe with “yo’ momma” battles, spoofs on George Dubya, and besotted fanboys. To pull off this parody, the Emmy-winning Robot Chicken guys enlisted the help of big Hollywood names, former boy-band members and even George Lucas himself.  In addition to Lucas’s cameo appearance in a hilarious fan-convention scene, other celebrities voices include: Conan O’Brien, Seth MacFarlane, Malcolm McDowell, Hulk Hogan, James Van Der Beek, Robert Smigel, Donald Faison, Abraham Benrubi, co-writer Breckin Meyer and Joey Fatone.
