R Kelly Sex Tape Set To Appear In Court

R KellyIt’s been announced today that R Kelly, who is on trial for child pornography, will have his alleged sex-tape viewed as evidence .

R Kelly and the girl in question are denying it’s them in the tape, so to clear things up the judge is allowing the prosecutors to show the tape as evidence.

So basically the prosecutors will be showing child-porn to prosecute an alleged child-pornographer. Nice…

Trial begins September 17th. If prosecuted R Kelly could face 15 years in prison and a $100,000 fine.
