Episode 4.23/24: Prison Break: The Final Break
Hagesyan just sent over this interesting tidbit… Somehow how I don’t believe it’s true – but wouldn’t it be nice? Also – here’s an ADORABLE picture of Michael and Sara getting married!
“I was checking the forum chats for Prison Break at Fox.com about the Series Finale and one of the members/bloggers posted the following.It was under the title ‘Michael-The missing years.’
I have seen the special that shows the 4 missing years from the season finale … Michael is not dead. He has gone back to the doctors from the company which still exists although the general is dead. They performed additional surgery in return for his commitment to work for them. After the success of the surgery he faked his death with the help of Kellerman and the US government after agreeing to help them bring the company to its knees. Other stories with the other characters’ lives mix into the show. The visit to the grave was only to commemorate his success at tricking the company into believing he was dead and ending its reign.”–Scotfieldfan”

please bring PB back…how is it Pb is cancelled n other very boring shows like bones still exist
you can make michael work in return for the surgery and faking his death with the help of Kellerman inorder to bring the company down. But staying with the company michael realises that is indeed good to shoot all the bad and worse people they met across including the FBI and the government (the corrupt)……….. you can continue the story … sounds gr8 to me. all the best but we want micheal alive. plzz
I was greatlt disappointed in the way the film ended Michael being the person he was could have easily overcome such obstacles or could have been portrayed as having died in a more understandable cause Since we do not see the actual death then it is possible to resurect him and we conntinue with our smart clever and handsome being
U know I am surprised!! You guys are talking about four seasons while here there were up to eleven seasons!! Seasons eleven shows the end of mike, though it is the fake end!
But i am interested with the idea, very good!

i was kinda taken aback by that sudden ending! why does Michael have to die too soon? the end was like a by lump that prisonbreak fans should swallow whether we like it or not… come on! we dont deserve this! we deserve more! after the long hours of that painstaking wait for the next episode and season, surely we deserve more!
it was very sudden and heartrending! makes me want to shun the next creation of Paul Scheuring…
i hope there’s a bigger twist opened by the last scene was a visit to the grave by his son…it was very painful to see! we Filipino fans dont like it! my students are protesting!

The brothers, Michael & Lincoln, are all about KEEPING FAITH. I do hope the writers will remember that in the finale – it is a only a movie, but a very popular one and I think that message is vital!
Well… Hi. I just finished watching The Final Break, and then watched the Season 4 ‘Four Years Later’ part. My two cents worth: The ending was riveting and titillating, dramatic with an honest flair. Even though I hated that our dear favourite (& extremely HOT) Michael had to leave, let’s all admit that a sense of closure is set and that Prison Break ends with a dramatic tragedy, with the theme of sacrificial love; Something revolving around what fuelled Michael to enter Fox River (Season 1) in the first place. No doubt, my heart strings were pulled and I had tears cascading down my face. Here’s cheers to all cast, crew and production members, kudos and thank you for the lovely four Seasons.
PS: There is a discrepancy though. How is Sara and Lincoln and the rest (Mahone, Sucre) all free when they aided and abetted Sara in her escape out of Miami-Dade Prison?

To the PB Producers, Very disappointing finale. That’s not the way to entertain the avid fans, after we’ve put up with all the incredulous twists and turns. Isn’t such a show as PB meant to entertain primarily. You betrayed the fans..after all the money..
And so many questions: WHY did Michael say Sara and linc are free when they’re fugitives, and Costa Rica has Etradition Treaty with the US, they can be arrested and turned back. WHY did Michael suddenly turned stupid, not knowing how to manipulate the central system, not even bringing, say gloves. WHY no intense sad reaction from Sara and Linc when Michael didn’t come out anymore, and even in the boat.
GRANTING Michael’s tumor was a sure-pass to heaven, didn’t he want to spend a little more time with Sara, and who knows, he might even have lasted until his child was born, by planning more cleverly as he did in the past 4 seasons.
They seemed insulting, hurried up storylines to get some drama to end the series. Redeem yourselves, Producers, by coming up with a spin-off explaining everything. That twist being floated would suit fine.. Michael alive and on a secret mission, helping fine tune Scylla to help the world. She tells Sara before she finally came out of that door. Otherwise, you’re the MOST CRUEL TO FANS after we’ve invested emotions and money!!!

There will be no season 5 and the final break episodes clearly showed how he died (4 years ago) not 4 years later after they all got exonerated immediately . They arrest Sara and then they try to break her out . Download it and watch it. It’s pretty nice!
when mahone and mike are talking about the generator possibility. Mahone says it might kill michael not that it would he said there was only a chance of him dying and as stated above we do not see the body somehow i think this is open to interpretation from the fans :)
i’ve just watched it round my mates house, i promise you all your in for what baddasss finale, wont tel you what happens as it will spoil it so i wont give you no clues either as to what happens.

As I already stated: We did not see Michaels body. So I still have the hope the plan a further season in the future.
If you think of Sara´s head in the box. We all thought she is gone… Or Kellerman…
So, maybe they will do a big favour to the fans!!!

I’m not saying he is alive or dead. Just like The Sporanos, the ending is left open to interpretation by the viewers and if they decide to make movies from the series the endings will not contradict anything. Arrested Development was canceled 3 years ago and there will be a movie next year so never say never!

what a dramatic ending…I hate the producers for this!
And I’ll never watch it again just for knowing that I’ll cry in the end again ! ! !
I have to say this: you do not actually see Michael being killed, dying or in fact dead. You also do not see what happens when the Feds arrive to where his body supposedly is, when Sarah looks to where he should be there is nothing there but smoke and darkness. So in my opinion this was an intentional opening for a possible sequel in the future if they decide to do one. If they don’t then we can consider him dead but if they do decide they have the perfect ending (?).
lol the most pathetic show ended in a pathetic way i only liked season 1 the rest was like they didnt know what to do after escaping and the writers kept making crappy episodes , i just watched the final break LOL a genius who can escape prisons and do the impossible with his brain couldn’t figure how to turn off the electricity without killing him self LOL way to die dumbarse
