Gate C.O.
Wheatley gets out of the car and runs to the Gate C.O. He flashes his badge and says he needs to get in right away. He says he’s leading the emergency team.
On the prison grounds at night, the Gate C.O. finds Martha. He and the guards approach her slowly and tell her to get on the ground. He asks if someone is with her. She says yes, struggles with her conscience, and responds “God”. She then says she’s praying for her daughter.
The Gate C.O. leads her back to the building. Wheatley asks if they found anything and he says it was a female inmate who was loose. Wheatley asks where she was found and takes off toward the chapel.

Phone C.O.
T-Bag slams the phone down. He’s about to dial again when the Phone C.O. grabs him and says they are in lockdown. T-Bag asks what’s going on and learns it’s something in the women’s ward. He reveals he may know something.
The Phone C.O. leads him to the warden. “They’re about to stage a prison break. And I know exactly how he’s gonna do it.”
Next thing we see is T-Bag being led kicking and screaming before being thrown into solitary. He wants to know why he’s being punished when he blew the whistle. The Phone C.O. turns to him and says that the whistle allowed them to break out. “You aided and abetted an escape, Mr. Bagwell.”

Craig Snee
In an airplane hanger Mahone comes walking around the corner and spots Snee. It’s apparent that Mahone has hired him to fly at exactly 1500 feet, above the prison.

Shu C.O.
Zady sits alone in her solitaire cell. The Shu C.O. opens her slot and says that Agatha Warren is dead. Zady is shocked and furious. She asks what happened. The Shu C.O. says it was the new fish – Walters and Trahan. Zady is let out of her cell.

Yard C.O.
He sweeps his flashlight near the chapel. He looks around and pulls Gretchen to her feet. (Obviously Gretchen=Martha)
