Michael gets medical attention from the most unlikely of places, and C-note returns to help uncover the true meaning of Scylla. Meanwhile, Lincoln and Mahone race to stop Gretchen before Scylla is lost forever.

Lincoln ,makes a shocking discovery about Michael and kills him in the spur of the moment and the company track down lincoln and they get scylla and kills of t-bag and lincoln. Sara and Scure becomg closer.-
