With the exception of last year (Because of the strike messing up 24), Prison Break has always gone on a 3+ month long hiatus in the winter so 24 can air…. at least I remember it doing that in S2.
No worries!
Somewhere I read we’re good for at least 6 eps in the Spring, and possibly maybe 8.
Now if this is the last season or not, I do not know.

yes Jodi is right we get 16 episodes until December 22 nd !!!
and then the hiatus, hope they pair 24 and PB !
Jody, you are right! We will get to see PB until December 22nd which will be Episode 16.
“24″ will air in PB’s timeslot (9:00) beginning in January with “House” at 8:00. Once “House” is done in April, PB will return probably at the 8:00 timeslot with “24″ following it. We’ll see the last 6 episodes of PB then until the Season Finale. Unless of course FOX decides not to renew, then it will be the SERIES Finale. But I’m hoping we’ll get a Season Five! *fingers crossed* :)
Jody, dont put your hopes on… I did maths, and its gonna be over at 12-13 episode….
No no no! They don’t mean the season will end at episode 16, they will just be on a break. They would have said ‘Season Finale’ instead of ‘Winter Finale’ if they meant that. Plus it sais it will return in February/March. If they were going to do a new season in Feb/Mar, wouldnt you think thats a bit too early??
I hope the mid season ends at Episode 16 since thats a lot better than episode 13 (+3 more episodes!!)
I think they’ll end at ep 14 when the company has michael. That would be a big enough cliff hanger to leave us with for 2 months… ?
I hope we don’t have to wait that long,, i’d rather have it have a rubbish ending so that i wasnt anxious to see the next episode xD.

Those are bad news , I remember a post that FOX ask for only 16 episodes but had to take the full ordered 22 . Thats why this break after ep, 16 makes me worry about it’s the end of S4 and maybe PB

If you go over to spoiler tv you will read some information that could change the show completly. Prison break will have it’s winter finale at episode 16 and will return sometime in february or march of next year.
I hate this hiatus thing. How can anyone wait that long to find out what is going on in the story?

That’s exactly the bad news,Paul.I thought that PB would-hopefully-be paired with 24 and back on January,but now it seems that it will be back on March or later and who knows with which show as a lead in or out… :(((
