if it is Sara’s head why would Michael ever want to continue with the escape?!

People don’t get me wrong I love the show, but if Sara dies probably I’ll stop watching it, because I’ve had enough pain in my life and I can’t cause myself more … So I hope that in the box isn’t Sara’s head.. :S
I Hope that Sarah stay in the show but not for the rest of the season 3 hope there will be a season 4 where Sarah is back and Micheal is out of Jail and he search for her wherever she is and where she is in panama womens jail and he tries to free her.
