Speculation is flying that Prison Break may be on its last season, especially with this latest bit of news. It seems that the actors have been notified by 20th TV that the filming schedule might be extended to accommodate production of two additional episodes.
The writers have yet to pitch any ideas for these extra episodes, but rumor has it that this may be a series finale for the show.
Even if the two episodes are made, the studio has not fully committed to airing them. The material might be released this spring, or it might be added to the Season 4 DVD, or it may actually be a two-hour event for NEXT season! Who knows.

yeah 2 added to the original 22. im happy with this news. i already prepared myself for the fact that this may be the final season, and if they are making 2 additional episodes then thats awesome, even if they dont air it says that they still might make it on to the dvd. oh well…at least the cast/crew get to work together that little bit longer lol :)
ah ok i ‘d first i thought it was 2 episodes added after the 16 th but it seems that it’s added after the whole season meaning after the 22 ?
not sure ?
