You’ve probably already seen this advert for Cadburys Dairy Milk chocolate, either on television in the UK, or via the multitude of emails flying around with it attached.
It shows a giant gorilla sitting at a drum kit listening intently to the start of Phil Collins hit ‘In The Air Tonight’. And then when the drums kick in, so does our ape friend, who proceeds to bash the living hell out of the skins.
Well now it seems that Phil Collins has heaped praise on the monkey, saying:-
“Not only is a better drummer than me, he also has more hair than me!”
I didn’t like to say it myself but yeah Phil, the gorilla beats you in to the mud. As for the hair joke, don’t give up the day job eh… oh hang on, isn’t that being an ok drummer and average singer? Damn, you’re screwed then.

Being who I am, a gorilla know-it-all, and a chocolate fanatic, and yes, an “air-drummer” to that song… you have NO idea how much I love this commercial!!! :D

So what Phil Collins doesn’t have any hair-and in fact never did? I bet he’s a much better drummer and singer than you.
