Next on ‘Modern Family’: ‘Undeck the Halls’

Next up on ABC’s hit rookie comedy Modern Family is the December 9 episode “Undeck the Halls.”

The installment features guest star Fred Willard (series regular Ty Burrell‘s former fellow cast member on Back to You) as Phil’s father, and as the title clearly indicates, it’s not exactly full of holiday cheer.

While Claire and Phil threaten to not celebrate Christmas unless the guilty party confesses after their kids get into trouble, Jay resists Gloria and Manny’s attempts to infuse the holidays with their native Colombian traditions, and Mitchell and Cameron get ready for Lily’s first-ever photo session with Santa Claus.

Modern Family airs Wednesdays on ABC at 9pm ET.
