Universal has released a few new pics for “The Incredible Hulk,” smashing into theaters June 13, 2008.
Based on the popular Marvel Comics hero, the movie finds Bruce Banner (Edward Norton) hunting for a cure to the gamma radiation that turns him into the giant green guy whenever his rage gets the best of him.
Liv Tyler plays Betty Ross, the woman he loves; William Hurt plays her father, General Thunderbolt Ross; and Tim Roth plays Banner’s monstrous new adversary, The Abomination. Catch the film’s preview trailer at MTV.com, and take a look at these pics!

This “new” Hulk looks more wild & menacing than the Hulk from the first movie. I was hoping for more of an early Jack Kirby / Steve Ditko approach (big boney protruding eyebrows, hair only above the ears & eyeline, large wide mouth, bestial and savage). However, I am very impressed with the photo of this version of the Hulk, great job! I have a feeling that this will be a fantastic movie and I will definitely see it. I remember that Stan Lee used to unleash his imagination on the Marvel Comics version of this fantasy legend. I hope that in a future movie we will see the Hulk teleported/banished to a medieval planet or battling the Mole Man’s legions or something in that weird & wonderful vein.

hey pretty boy
Looks interesting. Norton is an unusual choice, and might pan out well – anyway, it can’t be as bad as the first Hulk. I’m surprised it took them such a short time to realize another Hulk was in order.
