Once upon a time, Kathleen Turner dazzled as a sultry damsel in distress in Romancing the Stone. More recently, she’s been turned into a caricature of herself — trading on her deep voice to take roles such as Chandler’s cross-dressing father on Friends and the militant dog trainer in Marley & Me.
But Turner’s bringing the sexy back on Californication’s third season. She’ll play Sue Collini, Charlie’s talent agency boss. And with Mr. Runkle in the doghouse with estranged wife Marcy, Sue sets her eye on the junior agent.
Here’s an advance look at Turner’s scenes in the premiere episode. Looks like this cougar knows just what she wants to devour!
Californication returns to Showtime for Season 3 on September 27, with Turner and guest stars including The OC’s Peter Gallagher and Gossip Girl’s Ed Westwick.
