Grace: I think we didn’t see him, he was only mentioned on the episodes “Social Contract” and “Histories”, what I meant was quoting this post “That tells me that Wilson’s brother will play into things next season.” I guess I wrote it wrong (sometimes I type too fast) and let’s face it, anything it’s more than zero… (if he does appear on the screen, I mean)

Maybe they institutionalize House in the same place as Wilson’s brother? I read Wilson’s brother will be a part of the episodes in early season 6. Putting them together might be interesting. Maybe House finds a physical reason for his mental illness and cures him.

maybe Wilson’s brother is the patient and that’s why he gets more time on the screen on the season…
but I woudln’t shut down the possibility of House being institutionalized… I hope he didn’t get much time there, I think he’ll not be long but maybe he’ll find a patient there, confince he’s sick (maybe that he’s sane too, and go to the PPTH) and treat because that’s House… (and then confince everybody this way how sane he is and like this he finds his way out of there) or something like this xD

I think it’s House who gets institutionalized. Wilson’s brother is a side bar storyline.
A fan posted a photo from this week of HL back in NY in full House scruff after the Easter long weekend out of country. He didn’t look like he was on vacation as yet.
I suspect some actual scenes may have been shot for the Season 5 finale at this old facility. Perhaps the Huddy Hook-up actually occurs here. That would meet Ds version of House-ian.
I really feel terrible at the idea of Gregory House being institutionalized. What a storyline if that’s where they go.
