So what do you think they’re about? “Namaste” has an obvious connection to the Dharma Initiative, but the other two I haven’t got a clue about.

Good catch! That’s a very good possibility, I’d say.
Didn’t we hear, although Danielle was shot (and presumed killed) that we were still going to learn more about her? Perhaps that’s what “8″ is, since the title is French (?).
Just a wild guess.
