Neil Patrick Harris, latest horror hottie and charming, talented actor paid a visit to the ladies of The View recently, and he talked about a myriad of things, notably his role in Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog.
It’s Joss Whedon’s first installments of an online musical miniseries. It follows the story of a man who decides to become an evil villain, and his crush on the the red-haired girl he sees at the laundromat. It also stars Nathan Fillion and Felicia Day.
The series has been extremely popular, as the site crashed when the first installment premiered. Harris does an amazing job, and it’s no secret that there will be more from Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog, and that the whole 3 part installment is available on iTunes.
On Neil’s visit to The View, he talks to the ladies about his two Emmy nominations, his role on the show, How I Met Your Mother, and a little about Britney Spears’ cameo performances on the series.
He also notes that his very first acting role was in a film called Clara’s Heart (1988) in which he and View host Whoopi Goldberg starred. It was then that he paid her a really nice comment…that she “popped” his acting cherry when she helped him with scenes, blocking, and acting tips back then.
