More About Warrick’s Fate

Here’s what they have to say about CSI: Vegas, Warrick’s fate and Sara’s return:

Why did Warrick have to die (and was the story line influenced by Gary Dourdan’s real-life troubles?
Executive producer Carol Mendelsohn tells TV Guide, “We thought that if we ever lost Warrick (Dourdan), this was the way he would go…We knew where we were going with Warrick long before Gary went to the Coachella music festival [Dourdan was arrested for drug possession shortly after attending the festival], and that it would be a truly classic battle – a battle to the death…The premiere [of Season 9] is the last time you will probably see our entire cast together. Our original cast. And that means Sara Sidle (Jorja Fox).”

Bad move CBS….I hope you realize just how many viewers and fans this “decision” will cost your ratings…I for one have watched this show since day one and I feel in love with Gary’s character along with his acting abilities..He brought reality to this show and now there’s nothing left but a bunch of broken hearted fans…I wish you people would think of WHO helped get your shows and ratings to the place they are..It us, regular people who have been faithful for eight seasons and for me (8 seasons and one episode of season 9)…Warrick & Grissom are CSI and one is gone (with no way possible to return as you killed him off) and the other we won’t know how the “writers” decide to end his character but my Thursday nights and that one hour that I was able to loose one of the worse possible days I could have by watching CSI is gone..Thanks for the memories cause that’s all that’s left now.
