Rolling Stone is reporting that Metallica will get their official induction in to The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame. Along side Metallica, Run DMC will also be inducted. I seriously think they need to change the name to The Music Hall Of Fame, seeing how so many artists that ARE NOT rock are getting inducted every year. Concerning the induction, Lars Ulrich said the following.
“I’m not going to give a whole schpeel about ‘come back in 20 years or something,’ ” says drummer Lars Ulrich. “I’ll fucking take it right now. I’m fucking psyched that anybody still gives a shit about this band.
Metallica recently one a Kerrang! award and has had metal magazines and websites kissing their asses since the release of Death Magnetic. Some have even given Death Magnetic album of the year.
