One hates to pretend one knows the range of actors, but I think it goes beyond his or his agents&#039; choices - this IS a featherweight, the male equivalent of a &quot;bimbo,&quot; and Mr. Connelly, whose work I know and love, is as good as they get (and almost &quot;nuanced,&quot; rare in his genre) when it comes to mystery writing. Oh well, someone craggy might be a tougher sell, although the fellow who played &quot;The Visitor&quot; would have been an interesting choice.</description>
