According to E! Online, actor Henry Ian Cusick, who stars as Desmond Hume on Lost, is being sued by a former ABC employee. Chelsea Stone, a former crewmember on the show, claims that Cusick groped and harassed her in October of 2007, and after she complained, she was fired from the show 12 days later. ABC and the show’s production company are also named as defendants in the suit, as Stone says they did nothing to remedy the situation, and then, in her view, fired her unjustly. Stone claims she even suffered a miscarriage as a result of the stresses the actor’s actions placed on her.

Personally, I despise it when anyone is judged in the court of public opinion before there’s even been any kind of legal proceedings… And since I’ve no way of knowing who’s innocent and who’s guilty, my opinion on all this is not valid. So I’ll be keeping it to myself, thankyouverymuch.
