During the Lost Season 4 Finale there was a creepy dream scene that involved Kate and Claire. Claire told Kate that she could not take Aaron back to the island.
Earlier in that scene Kate received a phone call. It was someone speaking backwards.
The voice (sounding like Jack or Christian) says “The island needs you. You have to go back before it’s too late.”
