* Desmond coaxes Charlie, Hurley and Jin on a trek across the jungle.
* Kate turns to Sawyer after seeing Jack alone with Juliet.

* Desmond was filmed in St. Andrew’s Cathedral, neatly shorn and wearing a long, grey robe.
* Features caucasian 50-year-old Theodore and Kenneth and Ruth, both Scottish and in their 20s.

03.18: D.O.C. (Jin/Sun)
Airdate: April 25, 2007

* Sun is going to learn interesting things about what happens to pregnant women on the island and when she does learn these things, it’s going to impact her relationship with Jin in a profound way.
* Sun has a secreat that she’s hiding from Jim.

03.19: The Brig (Jack)
Airdate: May 2, 2007

* We’ll see what happens with Locke and his Dad by this episode.

03.20: The Man Behind the Curtain (Dharma)
Airdate: May 9, 2007

* This episode is ‘hippie-centric’ with a flashback to the ’70′s. Features Horace, a scientist/mathematician and Olivia an attractive elementary school teacher. Both embody a ‘hippie’ idealism. Olivia may show up later in other episodes. These characters may be the DeGroots.

03.21: Greatest Hits (Charlie)
Airdate: May 16, 2007

03.01: A Tale of Two Cities (Jack)

Flashbacks featuring a 60-year-old motherly, warm, and funny woman as well as handsome twenty-year-old Karl.

03.02: The Glass Ballerina (Sun)
Aired: October 11, 2006
Sun has a dream of her future, featuring her 9-year-old daughter. We will find a new character that will recur. Colleen, a woman in her late 30’s, is tough and has obvious military training. She doesn’t flinch when a gun is shoved in her face. Trusts few people on the island and only allows herself to be emotionally vulnerable in front of her significant other. Colleen is set to have been a security officer when she was off the island.

The fates of Locke, Eko and Desmond are revealed after the implosion of the hatch, while Hurley returns to the beach camp to tell the tale of what happened when he, Jack, Kate and Sawyer encountered The Others. Meanwhile, Claire is shocked to find Nikki and Paulo in Jack’s tent. Guest starring are Kiele Sanchez as Nikki, Rodrigo Santoro as Paulo, Ian Somerhalder as Boone, Justin Chatwin as Eddie, Chris Mulkey as Mike, Virginia Morris as Jan, Joel Himelhoch as sheriff and Dion Donahue as Kim.

03.03: Further Instructions (Claire)

Sayid’s plan to locate Jack places Sun and Jin’s lives in grave danger. Meanwhile, Kate and Sawyer are forced to work in harsh conditions by their captors, and Henry makes a very tempting offer to Jack that may prove difficult to refuse. Guest starring are M.C. Gainey as Mr. Friendly, Tania Raymonde as Alex, Paula Malcolmson as Colleen, Michael Bowen as Pickett, Byron Chung as Mr. Paik, Tony Lee as Jae Lee, Sophie Kim as young Sun, Joah Buley as Luke, Tomiko Okhee Lee as Mrs. Lee and Teddy Wells as other.

Claire’s flashback features Mike and Jan, a hippie-ish couple in their 50′s. They are warm and kind, but also tough and protective when the situation calls for it.

03.04: Every Man For Himself (Desmond)
Aired: October 25, 2006
Desmond flashbacks of his time in prison. It features Warden Harris, a nasty man with a hate for Desmond. Also features ‘Munson’, a mild-mannered gov’t bureaucrat in his 30’s who shows his dark side when he finds out he has been betrayed by his wife.

03.05: The Cost of Living (Eko)
Aired: November 1, 2006
A delirious Eko wrestles with past demons; some of the castaways go to the Pearl station to find a computer they can use to locate Jack, Kate and Sawyer; Jack does not know who to trust when two of the Others are at odds with each other.
Features a Nigerian woman named Amadi who is intuitive and strong and has a son, a violent warlord named Azi, and a sweet altar boy named Daniel.

03.06: I Do (Kate)
Aired: November 8, 2006
Jack makes a decision regarding Ben’s offer, Kate feels helpless when it looks like an angry Pickett is going to make good on his threat to kill Sawyer, and Locke discovers a hidden message that may guide him through the next steps of his journey to unlocking the secrets of the island.

03.07: Not in Portland (Juliet)
Aired: February 7, 2007

* Jack is in command as the fate of Ben’s life literally rests in his hands. Meanwhile, Kate and Sawyer find an ally in one of “The Others,” and Juliet makes a shocking decision that could endanger her standing with her people.
*This episode will feature Edmund Burke, a smug in his 50s who has a laboratory in a university, who is the type to divorce his wife to date a young woman in her early 20s. He likes to take credit for other people’s work. Also in the episode is Albert Hofmann, a highly selective recruiter for a bio-tech company.

03.08: Flashes Before Your Eyes (Desmond)
Aired: February 14, 2007

* Back on the beach, the Oceanic 815-ers will finally be dealing with the aftereffects of Desmond turning the fail-safe key, which imploded the hatch and lit the sky purple. In episode 8, the lovelorn Scottish soldier — new and improved with precognitive abilities! — informs a central character that he or she will die; he is also the subject of a flashback device employed “in a way we never have before and never will again,” hints Lindelof. “It’ll either blow people’s minds or chase them away for good.”
* Charlie and Hurley try to work out what happened to Desmond after the hatch explosion. We learn more about Desmond’s past focusing on his life before recruitment into the army.
* The Widmores pop up.

03.09: Stranger in a Strange Land (Jack)
Airdate: February 21, 2007

* This episode reveals more flashbacks about Jack on his travels to Bangkok and Thailand. He recalls the intriguing people he met, in particular the unforgettable Sherry and a talented tattoo artist.
* This episode will feature a sensual and mysterious Asian woman in her late 20s to early 30s who speaks English and another language. She is an artist and her work in inspired by the feelings and desires of her subjects. Also in this episode will be Sherry, an intelligent and formidable woman in her 40s or 50s. She is smart, analytical, well-rounded, and charming.

03.10: Tricia Tanaka is Dead (Hurley)
Aired: February 28, 2007

Hurley’s discovery of an old, wrecked car on the island leads him on a mission of hope not only for himself, but for a fellow survivor in need of some faith. Meanwhile, Kate and Sawyer reunite with their fellow castaways, but Kate is still torn about leaving Jack behind with “The Others.”

03.11: Enter 77 (Sayid)
Airdate: March 7, 2007
The Others’ connection to that utopian weird-science project, the Dharma Initiative, is slated to be revealed. Also features a visit to a new hatch dubbed the Flame.

03.12: Par Avion (Claire)
Aired: March 14, 2007

There will be an Australian doctor and an Australian cop in this episode.

03.13: (Locke?)
Aired: March 21, 2007

Scenes include… Juliet pushing Ben in a wheelchair, and Jack cheerfully lobbing a football to his sworn enemy Mr. Friendly. “Everyone should be wondering what the hell is going on,” explains Fox during a break. “Has Jack been converted by the Others? Drugged? Is he pretending? All sorts of scenarios could be happening here.” We will find out how Locke ended up in a wheelchair. “I was afraid it’d be anticlimactic,” says O’Quinn. “It’s not. It’s pretty stunning. You’re gonna go, ‘Man, no wonder this guy wants to stay here!’” Also, the castaways discover that the Others possess a submarine.

Casting an O.C. homicide cops, a “firm” government employee, a twentysomething likable Caucasian guy, a “strong” and “likable” African-American guy.

03.14 (Nikki/Paulo)
Aired: March 28, 2007

Flashbacks will center around Nikki and Paulo. While even Lindelof acknowledges that Nikki and Paulo are “universally despised” by fans, that’s going to change, he vows: “We had a plan when we introduced them, and we didn’t get to fully execute that plan. But when the plan is executed, Nikki and Paulo will be iconic characters on the show.”

    Just wanted to say that I think it was yesterday that ABC announced episode 2 and 3 are going to be switched. So epi. 2 is The Glass Ballerina and Further Instructions is episode 3.
