Episode 4.04: Eggtown:
(3) After Kate signs off on the ten year probation she says “I have a child, I’m not going anywhere,” Kate says. Kate goes home to her “son”, Aaron.

Episode 4.10: Something Nice Back Home
(4) Aaron is living with Jack and Kate. Jack reads Aaron a book.

Episode 4.12: There’s No Place Like Home
(1) Ms. Decker, a representative for Oceanic Airways, comes into the cargo area where the Oceanic Six sit. Aaron is being held by Kate.

(2) The Oceanic Six sit in front of microphones as they are interviewed from the press about their location and what happened. A man stands and asks Kate what it was like to give birth on the island. Kate replies that it was scary. She says that Aaron is a little over five weeks.

Episode 4.12 (Part 2 and 3): There’s No Place Like Home
(5) Kate wakes up in her bed. The phone rings and she answers it. The person on the other line talks backwards. Kate hears a noise and gets a gun. She runs to Aaron’s room. Claire is in the room, bent over Aaron. “Don’t bring him back, Kate,” Claire says. “Don’t you dare bring him back!” Kate wakes up and realizes it was a dream. She goes to Aaron’s room, kneels beside him and tells him she’s sorry.
