Looks like Tom is back for Season 6

In an interview with Starpulse.com, actor M.C. Gainey seems to drop some very strong hints that his character Tom the Other, aka “Mr. Friendly,” is returning for Season 6.

Let’s add it up: He tells the interviewer that of late, he’s “spent a lot of time in Hawaii, working on something over there.” And without being asked, he jumps right into discussion of Lost in the very next sentence. When asked if he knows “what’s going on” currently on Lost, he replies in the affirmative, claiming to have knowledge of what’s to come. Now we know that the only people who know what’s to come are the actors who’ve read scripts for upcoming episodes. And we also know that only the actors who are appearing in those episodes are given the scripts to read.

Put it all together, and it would appear that Tom is back in the mix.
