You’d think if you’re going to attend the CDFA Fashion Awards you might want to look, you know, fashionable. Kim Raver took the opposite approach, glaming down, but trying to overcompensate by wearing a dress made of two dresses. I know, it sounds weird, and that’s pretty much how it looked too. What do you guys think?

Well, I must admit that I have seen better dresses on Kim Raver. But who knows? This might becomes a new must-have in the fashion world. Lol.
