Lakeview Terrace hits theaters Sept. 19, 2008. The story follows an LAPD officer (Samuel L. Jackson) who will stop at nothing to force out the interracial couple (Patrick Wilson and Kerry Washington) who just moved in next door. Directed by Neil LaBute and produced by Will Smith, it’s rated PG-13 for intense thematic material, violence, sexuality, language, and some drug references.
Here’s a clip of Sidewalks TV host Maaika Westen talking with Kerry Washington about the film, interracial relationships, and personal goals.
