Actor Kelsey Grammer has been released from a hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii, after suffering a mild heart attack last weekend, reports ETOnline. Thank goodness! He’s one of those stars you just figure will always be around, working on one project or another.
In a statement released today, his rep said, “Kelsey Grammer has been released from a Hawaiian hospital today and is resting comfortably at his Hawaiian residence. Grammer, who suffered a mild heart attack on Saturday, wishes to thank those who phoned, emailed, or wrote expressions of concern to him.”
The actor experienced symptoms last Saturday morning after paddle boarding with his wife, Camille, at their home off the Kona coast. Grammer was immediately taken to an area hospital where it was determined that he had a mild heart attack.
He’s certainly had his share of troubles over the years, but he seems like he’s been doing great lately. His Fox comedy, Back to You , was recently canceled, but he just signed for a starring role in ABC’s comedy presentation Roman’s Empire.
