When I was out hunting for the red carpet fashions for the Jennifer Morrison poll, I found this photo of a house she and her boyfriend Amaury Nolasco bought together in October. Their new love nest in the hills above the Chateau Marmont Hotel in Los Angeles. The couple paid $2,550,000 for the 2,946 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms home that was originally built for Hawaii Five-O star Richard Denning.
What struck me first was the fact that Jennifer is about to start working in New York City on the Broadway play The Miracle Worker. I hope things won’t be too tough for them, being on opposite coasts…
That is one UGLY looking house for 2 and 1/2 million dollars!!
maybe it’s the angle but that house does not look worth over 2 mil..and i’m sorry but I still think Nabisco or whatever the hell his name is too fugly for Jenn
The house was bought in July, Jennifer didn’t know she would be fired from House :(

I can’t remember where I read that, but there was an article saying it was only Amaury’s House. It’s a translation from a Spanish article (I found the translation on an Italian message board):
“After two years of searching for a house, the actor purchased a property in Hollywood Hills ‘I bought a dream’, he says about the 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a half house, a swimming pool and ‘a wonderful view’.

did I read right? the house cost 2 and a half million dollars? wow that’s an incredible expesive house and I don’t know if their career are stable enough to buy something like that… but again tey are good actors and once in a while they can buy something expensive with teir really high salaries… (and besides if its in LA that’s probably a cheap house)
but October? I wonder if she knew her future in House back then and if she would buy the house if she did…
and in a final (and most obvious) note if they bought the house together, must be really serious….
