Jay-Z is preparing for the grand opening of his new 40/40 bar in Las Vegas. Instead of sending invites to a select group of VIPs he decided to have them won in poker machines throughout casinos in Las Vegas.
"Everytime you pull the handle, you get the same numbers: 12/30/07, the date of the 40/40 opening." reported LA Times
December 30 is the grand opening date of his 40/40 bar.
